Yellow Cast Sky is an herbaceous and aromatic still orange wine. Some oxidation gives it an amber color reminiscent of some of our favorite orange wines from Eastern Europe. Notes of unripe stone fruit and elderflower. Break out the nuts and stinky cheeses.
