Tasting Notes: Subtle oak, vanilla. Silky, jammy. This barrel came From Kevin Kelly, which made some dope wines. He made sherry or brandy in this barrel before so some of that taste seeped into our wine. If we bottled later, would likely get more non-neutral barrel influence on the taste. The wine tastes great and fun but we thought it should be marketed a bit differently.
